1. Definitions and Interpretation

• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by gaib4d to Users.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the gaib4d platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the gaib4d platform or services.

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.

gaib4d reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form on the gaib4d website, providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is true, current, and accurate. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one Account with gaib4d. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using aliases, is strictly prohibited. gaib4d employs detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, gaib4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets, and forfeit all balances without refund.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity that occurs under your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify gaib4d customer support immediately via email at [email protected].

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

gaib4d supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Deposits are typically processed instantly, although processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. gaib4d reserves the right to request proof of payment ownership and to reverse or refund any deposit originating from a source not belonging to the Account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time via your Account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a bank account registered in your legal name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal processing times vary between 15 minutes and 24 hours depending on the payment method and verification status of your Account.

Before processing a withdrawal, gaib4d may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures, which may include submitting a copy of your government-issued ID card (KTP), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal amounts are subject to enhanced verification. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.

gaib4d does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any such fees.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

gaib4d is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All Users must comply with our AML policies. Suspicious transactions, including but not limited to rapid deposit and withdrawal cycles without significant betting activity, may be flagged for review. gaib4d reserves the right to request additional documentation and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gaib4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. These bonus-specific terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

Key conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or bonus-abusing players may be excluded from promotions.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). You must meet the wagering requirement before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10%, and live casino games 5%.
• Maximum bet limits apply while an active bonus is in your Account, typically Rp 25,000 per bet.
• Bonuses have expiration dates. Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements expire after the specified validity period.
• Only one bonus can be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• gaib4d reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if bonus terms are breached or if we suspect bonus abuse or fraud.

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the gaib4d platform are governed by the specific rules of the game, sport, or betting market in question. Sport-specific rules and game rules are available within the platform interface. In the event of a conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

A bet is considered valid and binding once it has been accepted by the gaib4d system and a confirmation message or bet slip is generated. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been accepted correctly. gaib4d is not responsible for bets that fail to be placed due to network errors, system downtime, or User error.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion: Coordinating betting activity with other Users or third parties to manipulate outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between gaib4d and other betting platforms.
• Bonus Abuse: Engaging in betting patterns designed solely to clear bonus wagering requirements without genuine risk (e.g., betting on opposite outcomes of the same event).
• Use of Bots or Automated Systems: Employing software, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Insider Betting: Placing bets based on non-public information or exploiting knowledge of event outcomes before they are publicly known.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, falsifying documents, or engaging in any form of deception or fraud.

If gaib4d detects or suspects any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, void all affected bets, and forfeit all balances including deposits and winnings. In cases of serious fraud or illegal activity, we may also report the matter to law enforcement authorities.

6.3 Voided and Cancelled Bets

gaib4d reserves the right to void or cancel any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after an event had already started or after the outcome was effectively known.
• A technical error, system malfunction, or human error caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
• The event or match was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned according to the relevant sport's official rules.
• Evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or other integrity violations is discovered.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable bonus terms.

When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your Account balance. Already-settled bets may be reversed if the above circumstances are discovered after settlement.

7. Responsible Gaming

gaib4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Time-Out Periods: Take a short break from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the gaib4d platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content or materials from the gaib4d platform without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gaib4d, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the gaib4d platform or services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
• Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Technical failures, system downtime, or interruptions in service.

In no event shall gaib4d's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gaib4d is licensed and regulated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the gaib4d platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact gaib4d customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, you may pursue formal dispute resolution.

11. Termination

gaib4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable bonus terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Prolonged inactivity (no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months).
• Request for self-exclusion or account closure by you.

Upon termination, all pending bets will be settled according to the applicable rules, and any remaining balance in your Account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification procedures. gaib4d is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from Account termination.
